The KalaPugget is a new one for Summer 2015.
The KalaPugget is an obvious blend of traditional Nugget (the oldest design in our line.) It is similar in rocker and outline, but has the glide, stability and ease of riding a more “retro” shape.
The healthy beak-nose moves a lot of volume up front, which helps with paddling and wave catching, and supplies the rider with down the line momentum. To keep this shift in volume more balanced, the KalaPugget also features a unique concave on the deck of the nose to reduce the volume and weight you feel ahead of your front foot that can make a board less sensitive- this helps to loosen it up and yields more mobility.
It is recommended to be ordered with the 5 fin option- as it goes really well as a quad or thruster.
